The Armidale & District Business Enterprise Centre Limited, trading as New England North West BEC, is a community based not for profit company limited by guarantee, providing business planning, information, training products and project management services to mainstream and Aboriginal communities of the New England North West region of NSW.

About the New England North West BEC team
David Henderson (CEO). David's experience includes senior management positions in finance and administration for national companies in media, publishing and food processing. As a qualified business facilitator and trainer David delivers compassionate and people focused business planning, business facilitation and project management services for clients.
Troy Smith. Troy is a highly respected member of the New England North West region Aboriginal and wider community. Troy is a proud Kamilaroi man with strong connections with the Kamilaroi and Anaiwan Communities. Troy is a good people person and skilled up to assist Aboriginal people wishing to explore starting their own business.
Diane Conder. Diane has enjoyed many years experiece in the small business sector and brings a wealth of knowledge of people and inter personal communication skills to the day to day operations and administration of the BEC and coordination of the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS) program.
Shaun O'Sullivan. Shaun manages the Tamworth Business Chamber, our Business Advisory Service Partner in Tamworth. Shaun is able to offer business facilitation services for new and emerging businesses. Shaun brings wide ranging expertise in business administration, marketing and information services to New England North West BEC.
Fiona Mead.
Fiona joined
the BEC team in October
2011 and operates in the Narrabri/Moree area. As a qualified business
facilitator and trainer with many years experience in small and medium
businesses, Fiona is able to offer expertise in the holistic management of new
and emerging business with her major
strength in financial management.
