David has accrued private sector experience in senior management positions in finance and administration for national companies involved in media, publishing, printing and food processing (20 years). Self employed business facilitator delivering business planning, business facilitation and project management services to private clients and federal and state government agencies (10years). Qualified Business Facilitator (Cert IV Business Facilitation) and Trainer (Cert IV Assessment & Workplace Training) delivering face to face business facilitation and training (10 years). Leta Ahoy. Leta is an experienced and approachable Aboriginal employment coordinator with wide ranging interpersonal services and mentoring skills. She adds depth and wisdom to the BEC Aboriginal Programs and the BEC team. Troy Smith. Troy is a highly respected member of the New England North West region Aboriginal and wider community. Troy is a proud Kamilaroi man with strong connections with the Kamilaroi and Anaiwan Communities. Troy is a good people person and skilled up to assist Aboriginal people wishing to explore starting their own business. Diane Conder. Diane has enjoyed many years experiece in the small business sector and brings a wealth of knowledge of people and inter personal communication skills to the day to day operations and administration of the BEC and coordination of the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS) program.  Bronwyn Humphries. Bronwyn has more than 20 years experience in owning and operating small businesses in multiple industries and has used this experience to change her career to accredited enterprise facilitation, for the last seven years.  Bronwyn combines accredited enterprise facilitation with her experience and skills as an Adult Vocational Trainer and Workplace Assessor, to ensure best practice to her clients.  Bronwyn's speciality is Indigenous sustainable enterprise development and she has developed regional and national networks to service 'one person enterprises' and joint ventures with equity shareholders. Anna Richards and Natalie Fleming. Anna and Natalie run the Tamworth & District Chamber of Commerce and Industry, our Business Advisory Service Partner in Tamworth. Both are able to offer business facilitation services for new and emerging businesses.
