BEC Business Services The BEC offers a range of business support service on both a free and fee for service basis * Business plans * Business mentoring * Feasibility studies * Strategic plans * Marketing plans * Project management * Assistance with grant applications * Liason with government and non-government organisations * Team building and motivation * Cross cultural awareness * Training services via strategic partnerships Venue Hire * We have a large 9.5 x 6.5m air-conditioned board room available for day or evening hire, also a small 4.5 x 4.5m training room for daytime usage * Indicative rates are $175 for a full day, $120 for half day, $25 per hour (minimum 3 hours after 5.00 pm), small meeting room $125 full for a day * TV/Video, Whiteboard, O.H Projector, Kitchen Facilities (can be catered),  Data Projector $85 per day (on-site hire only) * Training Computers (6) + Laptop with Windows XP, MS Office, Internet connected ($5.50 per hour per computer) * Also laminating, photocopying, printing and faxing The prices quoted are intended as a guide.
