This program is funded by the Minister for Education and Training and administered by the NSW Department of Education and Training.
The NCAP program helps Aboriginal people to find work or improve their current job situation
NCAP programs are staffed by Aboriginal people who are in touch with the needs of Aboriginal communities and have good
contacts with employers, business groups and training providers within the local area.
Your local NCAP officer can help you plan your future career by looking at what you like to do and trying to find a job that suits you.

Personalised job-search service for clients
Resume, job application, interview preparation, career planning, training and skills development, quality employment contracts,
job placement monitoring, support and advice.
Assistance for employers
NCAP officers can refer appropriately qualified and experienced Aboriginal jobseekers to fill vacancies.
NCAP officers can provide employers with knowledgeable links to local communities and organisations, as well as access to training services at the
NSW Department of Education and Training.
NCAP officers monitor job placements to ensure that both you and your employee are happy with the outcome.
NCAP Officer Leta Ahoy brings a broad range of employment services and mentoring experience to the NCAP position.
Leta visits centres in the New England North West region by arrangement with the client.
